He took the time to clearly explain my homeowners insurance options & made sure I understood not only what I was paying for, but what it meant. After he literally walked me through everything in detail that had to do with Home owners insurance, I feel like I could start teaching other 1st home buyers with the information & insight I gained! On top of that, Luke helped me switch my auto insurance from Progressive. He not only found me savings without sacrificing coverage, he actually got me better coverage! His knowledge, patience, humor, demeanor and genuine commitment to helping me made the entire experience extremely stress-free.
