"I’ve had a wonderful experience with Luke Owen from the first day I was looking for auto insurance for my daughter, and today was proof of 1 of the reasons we went with State Farm. My daughter’s car was vandalized in the middle of the night and I called Luke and he could have easily given me to the claims department and let them take care of it, but he stayed with myself and my daughter throughout the whole process. Everything was done within such a timely manner made my daughter feel comfortable who’s living out in Chicago and made me feel so much more comfortable living in Rhode Island. Alejandro is our claims rep and she was amazing as well. This was a GREAT team . My daughter was very nervous, but with the ease of how they handle the claim for her, she was at peace, knowing that everything was gonna be taken care of. I Feel like a thank you isn’t enough. You both were amazing. Thank you!!"
