"Had a broken water heater flood the downstairs of our Mundelein IL home. Called Nick's office and they lead us right through the clean up and recovery steps. The claims agent was prompt and fair and got us a check issued in 2 weeks to pay for the necessary repairs to put us back together again! Thanks to everyone there tgat helped answer questions and get us the help we needed quickly."
