"Luke Owen is AWESOME! Luke is not even in the home insurance division at Nick Jones SF and specializes in Life Ins and Finance, but he went above and beyond to help get the wheels moving again on my home insurance claim. Life kept me busy and I had a home insurance claim pending without resolution for over a year. The fact it hasn't been resolved has been 50% my fault for not being persistent. State Farm was refusing to send an adjustor initially but once I mentioned using a public adjustor they said they would arrange for an adjustor to come out and meet my contractor. The Claims Adjustor and my contractor have played phone tag occasionally and no one followed through. I finally need to be able to move into my home and get the work done and I am glad Luke is actively helping me reach a resolution in this matter."

"State farm wouldn't give me flood insurance, then when my house flooded they bullied and intimidated me constantly to close the claim. Supposedly state farm is one of the worst companies to deal with when addressing water related issues. So if you like paying for insurance for decades. Then when you finally need the safety net that is insurance. State farm will not be there. They will put it on you, read your policy to you, pressure you repeatedly to close your claim, tell you if it's denied it will look bad on you! State farm is definitely there for that. Record profits, plenty of money for commercials. When they need to payout you're on your own! Be warned, be smart."

"It seems that most people are happy with Nick Jones agency and that is Great. I just wanted to voice my experience . I was asked to lie about my weight and previous years of smoking when trying to get life insurance from Rosa his top person in his office. They are very nice people but. She asked my weight, I said "the last time I checked I was 340LBS". She asked my height then told me the average weight for my height was 190lbs. She told me to tell the underwriter that I am 190lbs and I have never smoked. Mind you I told that it had been 5-6 years since I last smoked. The thoughts that came to my mind where, what happens if I die? No payout? Will my family will get nothing? Will they think dad lied to save a few bucks. For some this may work. Just sharing my story."
