"My home insurance premium increased by 25% at this year’s renewal, which was frustrating. However, Elsie Anhalt in the office was very patient and walked me through several options, such as increasing the deductible. Although I ultimately chose not to make any changes to my policy, I truly appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to work through my back-and-forth questions. Elsie deserves a five-star review, but I have to deduct two stars due to the 25% increase in my State Farm home insurance premium."
